Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

Arthropod Interiors: Specialising in design, manufacturing, and fit-outs for interior spaces.

2. Service Agreement

Arthropod Interiors provides bespoke design, manufacturing, and fit-out services tailored to the unique needs of each client, ensuring high-quality transformation of interior spaces.

3. Pricing and Payment

Specific pricing for each project will be detailed in the individual project proposal. Payment terms will be outlined in each project agreement.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for ensuring uninterrupted access to the site throughout the duration of the project. Failure to provide such access, without prior confirmation,  may result in additional charges.

5. Project Timeline and Delays

Project timelines will be agreed upon at the outset of each project. Delays caused by the client, including restricted site access, will incur additional charges.

6. Changes and Cancellations

Any changes to the agreed project scope will be chargeable. Cancellations of the project after initiation cannot be refunded.

7. Warranty and Liability

Services for wear and tear repair are available at an additional cost. In the unlikely event, Arthropod Interiors will rectify any mistakes as promptly as possible. 

8. Confidentiality and Privacy

Client confidentiality is paramount. Site addresses are used only for material delivery when necessary, as most items are crafted in our workshop and delivered by our team.

9. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging with Arthropod Interiors for interior fit-out services, the client acknowledges and accepts these terms and conditions.
